Being the first home renovation me and my wife had ever done we were very nervous but the team at APEX done a great job . Luke managed the project and clearly had it well planned with us finishing exactly when anticipated. He also found solutions to some issues outside of the original scope of work which was a great help. All traders organised were really helpful and friendly to work with. Dan and Harry were great to have on site, always informative, willing to give their professional advise and hear our thoughts to help find the right solutions. They made the experience of a home renovation a lot smoother than we ever expected and we're really greatful that they clearly cared about delivering what we as the customer wanted. Luke and the team at Apex lofts and carpentry were excellent. Our main Carpenter was Dan who completed the build to such a high a quality. The guys were very reliable and go the extra mile to keep the build tidy. We couldn't be happier with our loft space. Luke, Dan and the team have recently created a beautiful pergola in my garden as well as installing some lovely, modern fencing. The workmanship is fantastic, they were professional, tidy, on time and really cared about the feature they were creating for me.  They helped with the design, suggesting ideas and I felt happy with the work from start to finish.  Great quality work done by a very skilled , pleasant and professional team. Luke and his team have played a big role in our house transformation. We purchased a 50 year old house due to family expansion but the layout and style didn’t work for our requirements (flexible working from home/office, small kids, regular family and friends gatherings, fixation on minimalism and very functional use of space). Luke hasn’t been just a good carpenter, he pretty much project managed our three month affair with the house from helping us to remove a structural wall and order the steel per engineer’s drawings, replacing and fitting all the doors and skirting boards, revamping built in storage spaces and even helping to order a waste skip. Luke is extremely well connected in building area, he brought in great guys/professionals in finishing various jobs around our house and was instrumental to completing the project. I am also thankful to Luke for returning back so many times and allowing us do other work around the house in a structured logical phase. Top class. Luke and the team were fantastic converting our loft space into a large 3 bedroom +walk-in wardrobe space. Throughout the team made clear options available to us, the pro’s and cons and kept us up to speed on progress and managing any issues (eg. The weather!). They worked diligently putting in extra effort at times to hit key milestones because they took such pride in their work, and it shows. As it took shape we made decisions to make some changes and they were very accommodating to ensure what we received was what we hoped and of absolute quality. Luke has since been back (1yr on) to help touch up standard aesthetics where the loft has settled (again something the team made us well aware would happen from early on). Work again was clean, quality and clearly priced. In summary, great communication, reliable pricing, very high quality. Delighted.
