We purchased a 50 year old house due to family expansion but the layout and style didn’t work for our requirements (flexible working from home/office, small kids, regular family and friends gatherings, fixation on minimalism and very functional use of space). Luke hasn’t been just a good carpenter, he pretty much project managed our three month affair with the house from helping us to remove a structural wall and order the steel per engineer’s drawings, replacing and fitting all the doors and skirting boards, revamping built in storage spaces and even helping to order a waste skip.
